Q: DOES ROOT HEALTH TAKE MY INSURANCE?

A: Root Health offers direct care among other health services. We do not file health insurance. However we can supply you with a superbill so you can file your insurance claim, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flex Spending Account (FSA) cards and all major credit cards are accepted.

Q: CAN I JUST ORDER MY RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTS ON AMAZON?

A:Unfortunately, because Amazon uses third party vendors for much of their fulfillments, the quality of nutritional supplements can be compromised. From expired products to mislabeling, the risks are too great. A general rule is that if you find a product somewhere that is considerable less expensive than anywhere else, then don't fall for it - this can be why you might not be seeing the benefit you'd hoped. Dr. Solinger uses Fullscript; they carry many brands that are considered professional quality that you can trust. She keeps them at a consistent 5% discount, with free shipping after $49 - but keep an eye out for occasional bigger sales throughout the year. All of this, delivered right to your door!

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY FIRST APPOINTMENT BE?

A: For an adult your initial appointment will last around 1-1.5 hours. For a child the Initial appointment will last around 1 hour. We will cover every aspect of health to ensure that we get to the root cause of any issue you maybe facing.

Q: DO YOU SEE SEE CHILDREN?

A: Yes! All of our providers see children. 

Q: HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A: Please fill-out all requested forms prior to your appointment time. These will be sent to the email you scheduled under. No need to print them out! They will be automatically sent back too us.

Q: I DON'T LIVE CLOSE BY. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

A: Several of our providers offer virtual appointments. When booking online, please elect the virtual appointment option.
