Inside the Solinger Method:

Members have access to condition-specific Functional Wellness Support Plans, nutrition guidance, supplement and herbal protocols, functional lab interpretation support, and practical handouts that explain what to do and why it matters. These resources are designed to help you move away from guesswork and toward informed, intentional decision-making.

The method addresses how key systems interact, including metabolism, micronutrient status, digestion, hormones, nervous system regulation, immune signaling, and mitochondrial function. When one system becomes strained or depleted, others compensate, and those compensations eventually show up as symptoms. The Solinger Method helps you understand those connections so you know where to start and what to prioritize.​ Nutrition is treated as a foundational intervention, not an afterthought. Members learn how to use food strategically to support blood sugar regulation, metabolic health, hormone signaling, gut integrity, and nutrient repletion without extreme diets or unnecessary restriction. Supplement and herbal protocols are included when appropriate, with an emphasis on addressing deficiencies and supporting stressed systems rather than stacking products without direction.

Functional lab guidance is also integrated throughout the membership. Rather than focusing on isolated numbers, the method teaches how to recognize patterns across common lab markers and how those patterns relate to symptoms, physiology, and system stress. The goal is clarity and context, not self-diagnosis.

This approach is built on five core pillars that provide structure and consistency across the platform: physiology simplified, lab pattern mastery, nutrient-based correction, systems-based mapping, and the Solinger Roadmap. Together, these pillars help explain why symptoms appear, how systems influence one another, and where meaningful restoration begins.​

The Solinger Method was created by Dr. Sarah Solinger, PhD, ND, MSc, FCN, founder of Root Health L.L.C. Dr. Solinger is a U.S. Army veteran and multi-doctoral clinician with advanced training in naturopathic medicine, clinical nutrition, and systems-based functional wellness. The method is built from years of clinical experience and real-world pattern recognition, not trends or generic wellness advice.

This membership is for those who have been told “everything looks normal” while still feeling unwell. It is for those who want real explanations instead of vague advice and who are ready to understand how their body works rather than guess their way through health.

Dr. Sarah Solinger holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and extensive advanced training in functional wellness, clinical nutrition, and systems physiology. Root Health L.L.C. was intentionally structured to provide education-based wellness services nationwide, allowing individuals in all 50 states to access The Solinger Method regardless of state-specific licensing regulations.
